Citizen Rail

Chef Graves’ open kitchen and custom wood-fired grill are the center of the action at Citizen Rail, and guests in the dining room get a front-row seat to the show. Out on the heated patio there’s a lively scene all its own; cozy and sociable, it’s an ideal perch for a Union Station happy hour, dinner with friends or weekend brunch.

Edge Restaurant & Bar

Led by Chef Jessica Biederman, the EDGE culinary team have redefined the modern steakhouse. New raw bar selections and seafood entrees have been added to their fine-aged cuts, providing with an unmatched selection of proteins from the world over are offered. The reimagined social destination now features three separate bars, a glass-encased raw bar and a completely transformed space. The Butcher’s Block, one of the three private dining rooms, offers a newly introduced, innovative dining experience: a glass-walled private dining space allows guests to feel as though they’re part of the talented kitchen crew – as the chef delivers meats grilled to perfection on the butcher block which connects to the larger custom-built dining table.

Elway’s Cherry Creek

Elway’s emerged from a mixture of good friends, good food, and the belief that Coloradans are looking for – and deserve – more from a dining experience. G-QUE Barbeque

The “Sultan of Swine” and “Maestro of Meat,” Jason Ganahal of G-Que is a decorated barbecue champion who knows how to bring the heat. G-Que BBQ lays claim to Denver’s barbecue scene, offering meticulously crafted signature sandwiches for dine-in and fresh meats by the pound for take-away. Bragging the “finest quality meats, best seasonings, and freshest ingredients,” G-Que has won dozens of competitions and awards, most recently taking first place at Denver’s Chicken Fight Festival.

Guard and Grace

Guard’s most ambitious restaurant to date opened in early 2014.  Named after the chef’s daughter, Guard and Grace is a take on the big, fancy, modern steakhouse – miles and miles of fiery grills and charcuterie, oyster bar and bar tops, private rooms, and a posh, walk-in, floor-to-high-ceiling glassed wine cellar – yet still, with more of a bright, airy playfulness than the usual dark, stiff, mano a mano atmosphere.

H3SH3R BBQ CO.

Eat your way around the world with twisted takes on barbecue styles from across the globe at H3SHER BBQ CO. From Chef Jeff Gebott and restaurateur Tony Fitzgeralot, H3RSH3R is not your traditional wings and brisket. This fun, funky menu dives into the unexpected, spanning global flavors such as Korean BBQ Tacos, south of the border mac n’ cheese, and Asian sticky ribs.

KoKo Ni by Paul Qui

KoKo Ni, “here” in Japanese, is an American Izakaya and Western saloon inspired by local ingredients, traditional Japanese cuisine and American seafood. With the emphasis on “fun”, KoKo Ni provides a casual atmosphere to elevated dining. Chef Paul Qui has been recognized as Top Chef Winner, Best Chef, Southwest – James Beard Foundation, one of Food & Wine’s Best New Chef, Chef of the year by Esquire Magazine, Winner – S. Pellegrino Cooking Cup Young Chef of the Year, and with 2021 Best Hotel Restaurant in Miami – Pao by Paul Qui in Faena Hotel.
